Terms of Use — Colomo

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using Colomo ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

Colomo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on macOS devices that you own or control for personal or business use. You may not resell the App, distribute modified or counterfeit versions, or represent that you created Colomo.

3. Availability and pricing

The current public build is offered for download without a paid license requirement. We may add paid features, subscriptions, or separate commercial terms in the future. If that happens, the new terms will apply only after they are published or accepted as required.

4. macOS permissions

Colomo requires macOS Screen Recording permission to read the color of the pixel under your cursor. You are responsible for granting, denying, or revoking this permission in macOS System Settings.

5. Your use of output

Colomo generates color values and code snippets such as HEX, RGB, HSL, CSS variables, Tailwind, SwiftUI, UIKit, AppKit, JSON, and custom templates. You are responsible for reviewing output before using it in your projects.

6. Restrictions

Do not use the App or website for unlawful purposes. Do not interfere with the website, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, or publish modified builds in a way that misleads users about their source.

7. Updates and changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the App or website at any time. Updates may change features, compatibility, or system requirements.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The App and website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every workflow, or suitable for every project.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Colomo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the App or website.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may terminate or restrict access if you violate these terms or misuse the website.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Colomo is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App or website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
